The follow-up marks were missing from vendors
A vendor could have a visit planned against it, and its list would never say so.

What was wrong
Leads, customers, deals and tasks all carry the same three marks on the row (a calendar for a task, a telephone for a call, a pin for a visit), red once the day has passed, orange on the day, and gone once the thing is done.
Vendors did not. A visit could be planned against a vendor, and its own record would show it while the list of vendors said nothing at all. The one place you would look to see what is owed across all your suppliers was the one place that would not tell you.
Why
Every other list gets those marks from one shared piece of code, so adding them to the CRM added them everywhere at once. The vendor list is not one of those: it has always been built separately, because a vendor row also carries what has been ordered, billed and paid, figures none of the others have.
Being built separately, it never asked for the marks. Nothing was broken; something was simply never joined up.
What changed
The vendor list now asks for them, so it carries the same three marks as everything else, on the same colours and the same rules.
Pressing one opens the vendor on the tab that mark belongs to (the visit, the call, the task) rather than dropping you on the overview to find it yourself.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing is changed, and nothing needs redoing. Visits and calls already recorded against vendors were always there; the list simply shows them now. Anything already overdue will appear in red the moment you open it.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
