Every record opens like a lead, and every document shows where it is
The lead page layout is now on customers, companies, deals, tasks, visits and warranties: a cleaner header with when it was created, the details in titled sections, the latest comment and Mark to beside them, and Next actions. Every sales and purchase document and every subscription now shows where it is on a line across the top.

What changed
The lead page was redesigned this week. Every other record still opened as one long grid of fields, with its status buried in the form.
On every record
A cleaner header
The name, who or what it is under it, a phone and email to tap, and the date and time it was created beside the record type.
A status line
A deal’s stage from its own pipeline and a task’s status, pressed to move. Visits and warranties show theirs and move through their own buttons. A customer has no line: a status other than Active shows as a small label beside the name.
Details in sections
Contact, account, billing and tax, address and notes on a customer; deal, people and outcome on a deal; and so on, instead of one long grid.
Beside the record
The latest comment with a box to add one, and Mark to with Add, on every record.
Next actions
On customers, companies and deals: open tasks, planned calls and meetings, and planned visits, late ones first, each one opening what it names.
Closing a deal
Pressing Closed won or Closed lost asks first, and closes the deal the proper way, with its close date and the reason it was lost.
On every document and subscription
Where it is
Quotations, proformas, sales orders, invoices, retainers, bills of supply, credit notes, delivery challans, purchase orders, purchase bills and debit notes show their journey across the top, then how they can end.
Pressed where allowed
A step can be pressed only where the document may move next, the same moves as the buttons beside it. Paid and partly paid still come only from recording the payment.
Subscriptions
Scheduled, trial, live, then how it ends. Pressing Live on a paused one opens Resume, and Cancelled opens Cancel.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing in your data changes. Edit still opens the full form, every tab is where it was, and the statuses are the ones set in Settings, Fields & rules. Somebody only marked on a record sees it read-only.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
