Send my day: the day in figures, what is pending and why, and a schedule
Send my day in Charcha has grown into a proper daily report. It opens with the day's figures in the same blocks as your dashboard, then shows what you did today in every module, what is still open for tomorrow with the reason it moved, and what is coming up. It can go to any one colleague, and on a schedule you set, and each reader sees only what their role can open.

What changed
The day in figures
Tasks done and pending, visits done and pending, calls and follow-ups, new leads, deals won and their value, quotations and invoices sent, money received and what is overdue to collect, in the same blocks as your dashboard. Every amount is exact.
Read it in five seconds
The day in one line at the top, a red Needs attention line for overdue work, missed follow-ups, deals going cold and money overdue, and what the person needs help with.
Every module
Done today now covers deals, proposals, sales orders, invoices, bills of supply, retainer and recurring invoices, payments, purchase bills, subscriptions, scanned cards and Cross-sell, with the notes and outcomes written today.
Pending, with the reason
Anything still open for tomorrow says if its date was moved today and from when, and shows the last note written on it. A quotation or invoice a customer opened today comes first, to call while it is fresh.
Coming up
Money to collect and bills to pay this week, orders to deliver, quotations and proposals running out, renewals, warranties ending this month and deals with no change in 14 days.
Any colleague, on a schedule
Send it to your manager, any one colleague, a group or a channel. Choose On a schedule, tick the days and set the hour, and it goes by itself.
Each reader sees their part
A report holds only what your role can open, and each person reading it sees only the parts their own role opens, so a storekeeper in the group sees no invoice figures.
Does this change anything you already have?
Reports already sent look as they did. A schedule you set keeps going, now with the new report. A phone on an older version of the app shows new reports in the earlier layout until the app updates.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
