A shop invented a product and the catalogue adopted it
Somebody adds a product in a shop admin at midnight. The sync found nothing matching it here and created it, which is how a catalogue ends up with two of the same thing and nobody notices.

Held, rather than adopted
When a connected shop sends a product, the sync looks for it by its own id and then by SKU. When neither matches, it used to create the item outright, under whatever name was typed into the shop.
That is how a catalogue grows a second copy of a product you already sell, priced differently, spelled differently, with its own stock. And nothing anywhere said it had happened.
Such an item is now held. It still exists, because losing it would be worse and its orders have to land somewhere, but it waits until somebody answers the only two questions there are.
The two answers
This is a new product
Confirm it. It joins the catalogue as it stands, with the name, price and SKU the shop sent.
This is one we already have
Link it. The shop’s connection moves onto the item you already keep, and the duplicate goes. Stock, history and price stay with your item; the shop’s listing is not copied over them.
Until then, it cannot be sold
An unconfirmed item is refused on quotations, orders and invoices. An order against something nobody has identified is an order nobody can pick.
And the numbers a shop asks for by name
An item carried one barcode, which is fine for scanning your own shelves and useless the moment a marketplace asks for the EAN, a different number from the MPN, and both different from whatever you happen to scan.
UPC, EAN, MPN and ISBN are now fields of their own. They are searchable, they come out on the CSV export a marketplace upload wants, and they print on labels. A box that arrived with an EAN on it and no barcode of yours was previously invisible to the scanner even though the number was on its record.
How an item has actually sold
The item page listed every document the thing had appeared on, which answers what happened and not whether it is selling. Forty rows do not show that March was half of February.
There is a graph now: ordered against invoiced, month by month, six to twenty-four months, in units or in money. Empty months are drawn as empty rather than skipped, because a graph that omits them draws a flat line through the gap and says trade was steady.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Every item that already exists is treated as settled: it was either created here or matched by SKU, and both are answers. Only products arriving from a shop from now on can be held.
The new identifier fields start empty. Nothing that worked before needs them.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
