Assignment has its own section now, with a page for each of the thirty-nine modules
Assignment was seven pages buried under CRM, which was where it started and stopped making sense the day it reached thirty-nine modules. It is now a section of its own: every control on all three tabs explained, and a page for each module.

Why it moved
Assignment began as a way to hand out leads, so its documentation lived under CRM. Then it grew to cover warranties, manufacturing orders, fixed assets and thirty-six other things, and somebody wanting to know whether they can route a warranty claim should not have to look under CRM to find out.
It is now its own section, with forty-seven pages. The seven that existed were rewritten rather than replaced.
The three tabs, written properly
Every control, and what breaks if you get it wrong
Each box on each form: what it does, what to put in it, and the symptom you will see when it is set wrong. Every page ends with a table of things that go wrong and what is actually behind them.
Worked examples with the arithmetic shown
Sixteen enquiries, three people, a cap of five: which fifteen are distributed, where the sixteenth goes, and why the sixteenth does not count against the cap of whoever catches it.
Thirty-three tables and eight screenshots
Captured from the running product against a real business, including the screen as it looks on a phone.
And a page for every module
Thirty-nine pages, one each, saying what routing means there: which of that module’s own fields are worth routing on, a worked example from a real trade, and an honest answer on whether a cap or an overflow owner is worth setting up at all.
For most modules the honest answer about caps is rarely, and saying so is more useful than offering every setting as though they were equally sensible. A fixed asset is not a lead and does not want a daily limit.
Two modules get a warning of their own, because they behave differently: a project task keeps its owner in Assigned to, and a manufacturing order calls the field Answerable. The page for each says so, rather than leaving somebody hunting for an Owner field that is not there.
Checked against the product, not against memory
The list of thirty-nine was read out of the running product rather than typed from the release notes: thirty-nine documented, thirty-nine live, no drift in either direction. The same for every control name on every tab.
Every page was checked at 375 pixels, the width of a common phone. Wide tables scroll inside their own frame; the page itself never scrolls sideways.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing in the product has changed. This is writing, not software.
Seven pages moved out of CRM, so their addresses changed. The old ones now redirect to the new, permanently. Anything anybody had bookmarked or any search result still pointing at /documentation/crm/assignment-rules/ lands on the right page rather than on a 404.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
