Links in the app are blue again

On many screens, links were drawn in the same dark colour as the words around them, so nothing showed they could be clicked: a company’s website, an item’s preferred vendor, the invoice and refunds on a POS sale, the lead an IndiaMART or Just Dial enquiry made, See all on the dashboard, and more. They are in your brand colour again, in the light and dark themes, and names that should turn blue under the pointer now do.

What changed

🔗

Links you can see

A company’s website in Companies, an item’s preferred vendor, the invoice and refunds on a POS sale, Created from and Against on a sales document, the invoices a payment was applied to, each invoice a recurring schedule raised, the record behind a ledger entry, the lead an IndiaMART or Just Dial enquiry made, the sales order a Shopify order became, the names of your assignment and data sharing rules, and Open in Maps on a visit.

👆

Blue under the pointer

Order numbers and vendor names in Purchase orders, By vendor, account names in the Chart of accounts, item category and variant names, vendor names on the vendor dashboard, and the Help link beside a field now turn blue as the pointer passes over them, as they were meant to.

🎨

Your colour, light and dark

Links take the accent colour your business, or you, chose in Appearance, and stay easy to read in the dark theme.

🏷

Labels

The Default label on warehouses, bank accounts, taxes and templates, the New label in Notifications and the preview in Settings, Numbering are written in blue as well.

Does this change anything you already have?

No. Only the colour changed. Every link opens the same place it did before, and nothing about your records changed. On the Android app, the change arrives with its next update.

Pricing

Per user, per month. Every plan carries the whole product’s foundations (custom fields, roles, reports, documents and notifications) and differs only in how many modules are switched on. Change plan whenever you like; nothing is re-entered and nothing is lost.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
