The suite, rebuilt for the phone in your pocket
A layout that does not break is the floor, not the goal. Four things here did not work on a phone at all, and nobody had noticed because nobody tries to run a business from a phone until the day they have to.

Responsive was not the same as usable
The suite reflowed on a small screen without breaking, which is what “responsive” usually means and is not the same as being usable. Reflowing a design drawn for a desk does not make it a design for a phone. It makes a desk-shaped thing that fits.
So every surface has been gone over for the device rather than the width: what a thumb can reach, how much of a 375px screen a control is allowed to eat, what is a desktop nicety that can go, and which figures still need to be readable at arm’s length. That work is not finished, but the layer underneath every screen is, and it lands on all of them at once.
Four things that did not work at all
Not slow or awkward: broken
The page moved every time you typed
Every field in the suite carried text under 16px, and iOS zooms the page in whenever it focuses a field smaller than that, and does not zoom back out. So every tap on every field moved the page and left it moved. One rule, every field, gone.
The board could not be scrolled
A card on a kanban board treated any finger movement as picking it up. Cards fill the columns, so there was almost nowhere left to put a thumb that would scroll the board. Now a swipe scrolls and a press-and-hold picks a card up, which is what every board on a phone does.
Search was not there
The box that opens the search overlay is too wide for a phone, so it was hidden, and it is the only thing that opens it. The overlay was there the whole time with no way in. Search, in a CRM, on the device it is most often carried on. It is an icon in the top bar now.
Row actions could not be reached
The buttons on a list row appeared when the mouse was over it. A touchscreen has no hover, so they never appeared. They are simply shown.
Lists became cards
Nine columns on a 375px screen is a horizontal scrollbar inside a vertical list, which is the worst thing on a touchscreen: the list moves sideways when you meant to move it down. Every list in the suite now shows each row as a card on a phone: its name, the marks saying what it owes, and the first few of your columns as facts underneath.
What goes on the card is worked out from what each column already declares about itself, so a list gains nothing to configure and a column added tomorrow lands in the right place on its own. Sorting moved with it: it used to live in the column headings, and a card has none.
And the ordinary things
Buttons, icon buttons and tick boxes were 33px, 30px and 16px against the 44px a finger reliably hits. A page head was taking a quarter of the screen before the first row. A record’s eight fields took 440px of scrolling to read eight short answers, and the card repeating its name sat at the end of that scroll; the one action the record is usually opened to do is now pinned where a thumb already is.
Dialogs come up from the bottom edge with their buttons under the thumb rather than floating in the middle with the keyboard over them. Settings opened onto its own menu (twenty-two items with descriptions, stacked above whatever you had opened) and now opens onto the page, with the menu one row away. A quantity and a telephone number both raised the full QWERTY keyboard, and now raise the right one.
Does this affect anything existing?
No. Nothing is stored differently and nothing needs redoing. This is entirely how the suite draws itself. On a desktop almost none of it applies: the rules are keyed to the pointer and the width, so a mouse and a wide screen get what they always had.
The arrangement of columns you have saved on a list is used on a phone too, rather than being replaced by a guess. The first few you put at the front are the ones that appear on the card.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
