Website Desk: chat hours, departments, reports, every visitor, and meetings and payments in the chat

Website Desk now keeps your hours: outside them Hanu still answers, and a visitor who asks for a person hears when your team is back, in their own time. Visitors can start with a tap, choose Sales or Support, and get a meeting or an invoice to pay right in the chat. Your team gets reports on every chat, the whole list of visitors with tags and notes, and quiet chats close themselves.

Does this change anything you already have?

Chat hours are off until you switch them on in Settings, Website Desk, Hours; until then the team is rung at any time, as before. Quiet chats close after 30 minutes unless you choose otherwise there. With one department or none, everyone is rung as before.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
