Events: the return with and without GST, linking a card to somebody you have, and tags on older records

The return on every event is now shown with GST and without it. A card that matches somebody you already have can be linked to them in one press. And records filed from cards before today now carry their event's name as a tag.

What was wrong

The return on an event was worked out on money received including GST. GST is collected for the government, so the return looked better than the business really did. The review queue could tell you a card matched somebody you already had, and then offered no way to act on it except making a duplicate. And the event tag added earlier today only reached cards filed from today.

What is new

₹

The return, both ways

Every event, every kind and city, and the totals show the return with GST and without it. The verdict still reads the return with GST.

🔗

It's them: link

A match note in the review queue now has a button. One press and a confirm files the card as the lead, customer or supplier you already have, tagged with the event.

Tags on older records

Every record filed from a card before today now carries its event’s name as a tag, as do customers converted from those leads.

Does this affect anything you already have?

Tags were added to existing records. Leads, customers and suppliers filed from scanned cards gained their event’s name as a tag. Nothing else on them changed: not the owner, the source, or which event their business is credited to. The return figures you already saw are unchanged; the without-GST figure sits beside them.

1 GB storage per workspace (organisation)

Only want this one module?

Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
