Choose who uses the workspace email, and turn any email into a deal, task, meeting or reminder
The workspace address (info@) is now used only by the people you choose: they read what comes in and send from it, and nobody else sees it. From any email you can make a lead, a deal, a task, a visit, a call or a meeting, each carrying a short note from the email and linked both ways, so the email shows what came of it and the deal shows the email it came from.

What changed
Who uses the workspace email
Settings › Email › Workspace email: Private (the owner), Everyone, or Chosen people. The people chosen read what comes in to the workspace address and send from it; nobody else sees that mail or can send as it.
A fuller Make a lead
The sender’s name (or one worked out from their address), their company and website, a mobile from their signature, source Email, and the email itself in the lead’s Notes.
Deals, tasks, visits and calls from an email
Create a deal named after the subject, a follow-up task, a visit or a logged call, each with a short note from the email. The email lists what was made from it.
Meetings from an email
Book a meeting opens the Calendar’s new meeting with the sender as a guest and the subject as its title, and links the two. Inside the meeting, people who may read the email see its opening lines; guests never do.
Remind me about an email
A note for yourself and a time: in 20 minutes, tomorrow at 9, next Monday, or any day and time. It rings like a Charcha reminder, on your phone too, and opens the email.
Linked both ways, as far as you may read
A deal, task or meeting made from an email shows it came from that email and opens it, for people who may read it. Everybody else sees only that it came from an email.
A deleted record lets go
Delete a lead made from an email and the email stops pointing at it, so Make a lead appears again.
Ask Hanu about an email
Ask Hanu now shows the email in the chat and waits for what you want done with it.
Mail trends, your way
Pick any dates, press a person in Who writes most to see all their mail, and see the team only where you may read their mail.
Schedule an email, and snooze to the real next working day
Schedule an email opens a reply with Send later set to tomorrow at 9. Snooze’s Next working day now skips your weekly days off and holidays from Settings › Calendar, not only Sundays.
A mailbox that cannot be read says why
Settings › My email used to say only “Command failed” when a connected mailbox could not be read. It now gives the mail server’s own reason, and for Gmail says that an app password is needed.
Does this change anything you already have?
Until an administrator chooses in Settings › Email, the workspace email is used by the owner, the Administrator and Manager roles, and anybody who sent from it in the last 90 days, so nobody who relies on it today is cut off. Mail AI on a business’s own AI key now starts on the recommended model for each mail task; choose another or set it back to Included in Settings › AI writing.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
