Dashboards now count invoices, payments and expenses in another currency at their own exchange rate
A business that invoiced one customer in dollars saw the dashboard's own "What customers owe" at one figure, and a card adding up the same invoices' balance at a much smaller one: the card added dollars as if they were rupees. Every dashboard card that adds up money on invoices, payments, expenses or journals now counts each record at its own exchange rate, in your base currency.

What changed
Each record at its own rate
A card that totals, averages, splits or lists money on documents, payments received and made, expenses and manual journals now converts each record with the exchange rate saved on it, as the ready-made figures always did.
Cards and figures agree
A card adding up what customers owe now shows the same total as the ready-made What customers owe, and a split by customer puts the dollar customer where their rupee value puts them.
Values already in rupees stay as they are
Columns already in your base currency, such as an invoice’s base total, are not converted twice.
Does this change anything you already have?
Your own dashboards keep their cards; only the figures on cards over foreign-currency records change, to the right value. Deals and leads keep a currency but no exchange rate, so their values are still added as they stand. The Android app has this from version 1.3.187.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
