Revise a document, and see who it is for
A sent quotation can be replaced by a numbered revision. Billing details reach the document and can be edited. And the tables stay inside their cards on a phone.

Two live documents for one offer
A quotation that had gone out and needed changing had one route: raise another and hope the customer reads the newer one. That is how the wrong price gets accepted.
Revising makes a copy numbered from the original (0015, then 0015-R1, 0015-R2) and marks what it replaces as superseded rather than deleting it. What the customer is holding stays readable, which is the whole point of keeping it.
What changed
Numbered revisions
Built from the original, not from whichever version is in hand, so the suffixes do not pile up with every change.
The old one is kept
Marked superseded, still readable, still linked from every other version.
On by default
A business that would rather raise a fresh document each time can turn it off in the business profile.
Billing details on the document
Copied from the customer when you choose them, and editable: a delivery to a site office is not a change to the customer.
The trail says who
It could tell you a document was created at 04:43 and not by whom, which is usually the half being asked about.
Cancel what has gone wrong
Quotations, orders, invoices and credit notes can be cancelled without being deleted. The number stays on record.
And the tables stay in their cards
The items table is wider than a phone and scrolls sideways, which is right. But the card holding it had no containment, so the table painted straight over the card’s rounded corner and past its border. On a phone that reads as the page falling apart.
- Three cards had it at once: the document editor, the document view and the portal statement
- Three of the same mistake is what makes it worth a check rather than three fixes
- The product picker is also kept inside the window: a menu opened from a cell scrolled to the right used to hang off the edge
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing already raised changes. Existing documents have no revisions and are not superseded; they behave exactly as before.
Choosing a customer now fills the addresses. On documents raised before this, the addresses are whatever was stored at the time. They are not backfilled, because an invoice should show the address it was sent to.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
