The link you send a customer was missing the half they pay from
You send a customer a link to an invoice. The PDF of that invoice has your logo and your bank details on it. The link did not, on every document left on the design it starts with.

The PDF and the link disagreed
A document carries a print template, and if you have never chosen one it sits on Default design, which is where every document starts. The printer understands that: no template chosen means use the default one for this kind of document.
The share link did not. It read the template pinned to the document, found none, and drew the page as though you had no template at all. No bank details, no logo, no signature, no accent colour. The PDF of the same invoice had every one of them.
The bank block is the part that matters. It is what a customer opening the link would pay from, and for any document you had not deliberately assigned a template, it simply was not there.
It also finishes a fix from this morning
Earlier today we fixed the terms and conditions not appearing on a share link. That fix was half of one: it corrected how an empty terms box was read, and left the other half standing. The same pinned-template problem meant there was nothing to fall back to in the first place.
The test written for that fix failed when this one landed, which is exactly what it was for. Both halves are right now, and the link resolves its template the same way the printed copy does.
Also in this release
A tag value could never be retired
Removing one already used is refused with “switch it off instead”. There was no switch. There is now.
A task’s history showed “?”
Every row on a project task’s History tab had a question-mark avatar, no name and no date, and never said what changed.
“In use” was always blank
The column that tells you whether a tax rate is safe to retire was never filled in. It counts documents, items, plans and add-ons now.
Past thirty tax rates
The tax list fetched one page of thirty and had no pager, so rate thirty-one onwards could not be reached at all.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing is rewritten and no document changes. What changes is what a customer sees when they open a link from today.
If you have sent share links for invoices, it is worth opening one. If the bank details were missing, the customer had no way to pay from that page and may have asked you for them, or simply waited.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
