Website Desk: Hanu chats with your visitors, and your team can take over
Your website now has a chat. Hanu answers visitors from what you wrote for him, finds out what they need and asks once for their name and number. Your team watches every chat as it happens, can send Hanu a note the visitor never sees, and can take the chat over at any time. When a visitor asks for a person, the owner is rung first and then everyone who answers website chats, on whatever page of JAI CRM they have open. A number or email in the chat makes a lead with source Website, and if nobody is free, Hanu books a call back as a task.

Every chat live in Website Desk, Chats. Send Hanu a private note, take the chat yourself, pass it to a colleague, hand it back to Hanu or close it.
A lead from every chat
A number or email in the chat makes a lead with source Website and the pages they read, or adds the chat to the lead or customer they already are. Leads and customers get a Website visits tab, and every chat downloads as a PDF.
Nobody free? A call back
If nobody accepts within a minute, Hanu tells the visitor someone will call, and the owner gets a call task for today.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Website Desk is in early access, switched on for a business by the JAI CRM team. Hanu replies only once AI for Website Desk is switched on, and only within the daily and monthly limits you set; until then, a visitor who writes rings your team instead. To choose who answers, give their role Website chats in Settings, Roles. You can switch the chat off and keep only the visitor tracking.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
