What the tests found once they could run
The suite could not run at all for want of a database. With one, it found a quotation that could be sold twice.

Assertions that were asserting nothing
The conformance suite reads the product documentation and checks the claims against a running system. It had been unable to run, which meant nobody knew which of its three hundred assertions still held. It runs again, and the first complete pass failed twenty-one of them.
Four turned out to be checks that had quietly stopped testing anything: six about what may be withdrawn while something stands on it were calling a route that does not exist and getting “no route” rather than an answer; five about crediting an invoice were reading a field renamed earlier the same day, so they were comparing nothing to nothing; one named “deleting a module holding records is refused until it is confirmed” was using the helper that confirms, so it could never see the refusal.
The rest were real.
What it found
The same quotation could be converted twice
Converted in full, it could be converted again. The guard checked whether anybody was asking for more than was left, and with no quantities given they were asking for what remained (nothing), so nothing was over and a second sales order came out with every line at zero. The rule holds for the count now as well as the quantities.
A deleted draft kept the number it released
Only the newest document may be deleted, and its number goes back to the counter. The deleted row went on holding it, so the next document raised failed on a constraint it could not explain.
Sending a bill of supply told nobody anything
The map from a document’s status to the notification it raises named the document types that existed when it was written. A bill of supply, a retainer and a proforma raised nothing at all.
And a box nobody could account for
Between HSN/SAC and Qty on every sales document sat an unlabelled text box. It is the unit (what the quantity counts, in Nos, Kg, Hours or Sq ft), and it shared the Qty column without a heading of its own. It is a column now, called Unit, which can be widened, moved and hidden like the rest.
Does this affect anything existing?
The numbering fix changes an index and no data. Documents already numbered keep their numbers, and a quotation already converted twice keeps both documents. The rule applies from here.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
