IndiaMART enquiries, arriving as leads
Switch it on in Plugins, paste the key from Lead Manager, and enquiries stop living in a separate inbox.
14 days free · nothing to install · your data exports whenever you want
What it does
Open Settings → Integrations → IndiaMART. Paste the key from your Lead Manager (seller.indiamart.com → Lead Manager → CRM Integration), and every new enquiry arrives as a lead carrying the buyer’s name, phone, email, company, city and what they asked about, with IndiaMART as its source.
That last part is the point. Filter the lead list by source and you can finally answer what the channel is actually worth, rather than what it costs.
The parts that took the care
A buyer who enquires twice is one buyer
Where the phone or email matches somebody you already have, the enquiry is written onto that lead or customer instead of creating a second one. The duplicate everybody complains about a month later does not get made.
The same enquiry can never land twice
IndiaMART gives each enquiry an id, and the database refuses a second copy of it: a unique index decides, not a lookup two workers could race past each other.
It cannot get itself locked out
IndiaMART allows one call every five minutes per key, and more than five in a minute locks the key for fifteen. The integration refuses to call inside that window rather than finding out from a rejection, including when somebody presses Sync now twice.
Nothing is skipped after trouble
The position it has reached only moves after a clean pull. A rate limit or an expired key leaves it where it was, so the enquiries from the outage arrive once the trouble is over rather than being stepped over.
A stopped integration says so
An integration that has quietly stopped looks exactly like one with no enquiries. The screen states when it last ran, what came back, and what to do, including that an IndiaMART key expires after fifteen days with no activity through it.
The key is not readable, by anybody
Encrypted with the same vault the payment gateways use. It never goes back to a browser whole (the screen shows four characters at each end), and it is not in the audit trail either, only the fact that one was set.
What you choose
How often to check, from five minutes to once a day. Who owns a new lead. Which stage it lands at. And whether to attach an enquiry to somebody you already have rather than creating a lead (on by default, because it is almost always the right answer).
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing changes until you switch it on, and switching it on changes nothing until a key is saved. Since 7 Oct 2026 IndiaMART is an integration, free on every plan, in Settings, Integrations.
The first pull fetches the last twenty-four hours, not the year IndiaMART keeps. Switching it on does not empty months of old enquiries into your lead list. Ask if you want the history brought in and we will add a one-off import with a date range.
A plugin with nothing to browse under its own name now stays out of the sidebar rather than rendering an empty group. This is the first of those, and it will not be the last.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
