JAI CRM in Google Sheets, both ways
A spreadsheet is where half this work still happens. Now it can be the same data rather than a copy of it.
14 days free · nothing to install · your data exports whenever you want
The copy of the data nobody could put back
Everybody exports to a spreadsheet. It is where you sort by a column nobody thought to add, where you send a list to somebody who will never log in, and where the person who actually knows the customers fixes forty phone numbers in an afternoon.
And then it is stuck there. The corrections sit in a file, the export goes stale the moment it is made, and somebody retypes the good ones back in a week later if anyone remembers.
There is now an add-on for Google Sheets. Pull any report you can run or any list you can read into a tab; it remembers where it came from, refreshes on a click, and can refresh itself every morning. Then edit it and push the changes back.
What stops it doing damage
Pushing a spreadsheet into a live system is how data gets destroyed, so four things are deliberate.
Only the cells you changed are sent. What arrived is remembered, and the push compares against it. Sending whole rows would overwrite every field anyone else changed since you pulled: a spreadsheet left open since Monday would quietly undo Tuesday.
Deleting a row deletes nothing. There is no way to tell a deliberate deletion from a bad sort or a paste over the wrong range. Deleting stays in the app, where it asks first.
Anything that also moved in the app is held back. Not resolved by whichever side is newer, but shown to you, with both values, so you decide.
You can see what would happen before it happens. The check runs the real validation on the server, not a guess made in the spreadsheet, and reports the same per-row errors the real thing would.
What it can reach
Whatever the API key you connect with is allowed to reach, and nothing else. The add-on asks the suite what that is rather than carrying a list of its own, so a key scoped to leads shows leads, a key that cannot write is not offered a push, and a module added to the product later appears without the add-on being updated.
Make the key in Settings → API keys & webhooks and grant it only what that spreadsheet needs. The key is kept against your Google account rather than in the file, so sharing the sheet does not share your access: everybody who uses it connects as themselves.
Does this affect anything existing?
No. Nothing changes in the app unless you install the add-on and push something. One related improvement did land in the product itself: an import can now be asked to check without writing, which is what the add-on uses to show you the outcome first (the same check the real import runs, stopped before it writes). The import screen inside the app is unchanged.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
