A new quotation or invoice is yours by default
The Owner box on a new quotation, invoice, proforma, sales order, bill of supply, credit note or challan started empty, and saving it then made you the owner without saying so. It now starts with your name, so you can see who will own it and change it before saving. An invoice raised by a repeat schedule now keeps the owner of the invoice the schedule was made from, where before it had no owner at all when it was raised on its own.

What changed
Your name to start with
Every new sales document shows you as the Owner from the moment it opens. Choose somebody else before saving if it is theirs.
Assignment rules still decide
Where a business has a rule that gives quotations or invoices to somebody, leaving the owner as yourself still lets the rule decide, as before.
Repeat invoices
An invoice a repeat schedule raises belongs to the owner of the invoice it was set up from, so it counts for the right salesperson on targets and commission.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Documents already saved keep their owners, and a document you open to edit shows the owner it has. Purchase orders and bills are unchanged.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
