Two whole modules, written properly, with the screenshots taken from the running product
Sales documents had eight pages and vendors had four. They now have twenty-two each, written at the depth somebody actually needs when they are stuck, including the parts of the product that do not do what you might assume.

What was there before
Twelve pages between the two modules. They told you which button to press, which is the easy half, and left out who is allowed to press it, what it does to your books, and what happens if you press it twice.
The two modules are now twenty-two pages each. The four vendor pages and eight sales document pages that already existed were rewritten rather than replaced, so every link anybody had saved still works.
The things worth knowing that were not written down anywhere
A month-end schedule really does come back to the 31st
A recurring invoice started on the 31st bills on the 28th in February and returns to the 31st in March. Most systems walk the date backwards and leave it there for ever.
Inactive does not stop you ordering
Approved, active and inactive all let you raise a purchase order. Only blocked refuses, and it refuses with the reason somebody typed.
A missing PAN costs the vendor money
TDS is deducted at the higher rate when no PAN is on file. The deduction is correct and the entry says why, but the vendor has still been short paid.
Including where the product does less than you would assume
Documentation that only describes what works is advertising. Two pages say plainly where the line is.
E-invoicing is not automated. A document carries fields for the IRN, the acknowledgement and the signed QR, and the customer portal will show an IRN when one is there, but nothing in the product registers an invoice with the portal. That is a step you do on the IRP or through your GSP. What the product does do is stop the five things that get an invoice rejected: a unit code the portal will not take, a missing HSN, an unreadable state code, a malformed GSTIN, and a tax split that does not match the place of supply.
We would rather write that down than let somebody find it out at a filing deadline.
Screenshots of the real thing
Twenty screenshots, captured from the running product rather than drawn, and every one of them read before it was captioned. That is not a boast. It is the reason four captions were rewritten and one screenshot was thrown away.
Every page was checked at 375 pixels, the width of a common phone. Wide tables scroll inside their own frame; the page itself never scrolls sideways.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Nothing in the product has changed. This is writing, not software.
Every page that existed before is still at the same address. Nothing was renamed and nothing needs a redirect.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
