Hanu is now in every JAI CRM business. He walks a new business through setting up, with free storage for doing it; answers questions about your own work in Charcha, seeing only what you may see; tells you when a deal is won or money comes in; sends each manager an evening report on their team; and does small things like adding a task or moving a deal, always after your yes. Every AI feature, Hanu included, now runs on AI credits you buy in Settings, Subscription, or on your own AI key.

What Hanu does
Setup guide
A step by step guide under Home: your business profile, a payment method, your team, your first leads, customers, quotation and deal. Every step has its own button to where it is done.
Free storage for getting going
500 MB when anyone in the business uses JAI CRM on 80% of the working days in its first month, 200 MB for a complete business profile with a payment method, and 100 MB for each person who joins and uses it on 2 days. For the whole workspace.
Ask about your work
Pinned at the top of Charcha. Ask what is pending, which deals are closing or what money is due, and he answers from what you may see, nothing more.
Alerts for your role
A deal won, money received, an approval waiting: he tells the people who should know, as a note in the corner and in his chat.
The evening team report
At 7 pm each manager gets their team’s day: who did what, what is pending, what needs them.
Things done with a yes
Add a task or a reminder, log a call, move a deal or a follow-up date. He shows what he will do and waits for your yes, and you can undo it for half an hour.
AI credits
One credit is one rupee
Hanu’s answers, email replies, writing emails and quotation notes, reading business cards, voice notes and Charcha catch-ups all run on AI credits.
Packs, or your own amount
Rs 2,000, Rs 5,000 with 5% free, Rs 10,000 with 10% free and Rs 25,000 with 15% free, or any amount from Rs 1,000. GST is added at 18%.
Know what you get
Before you buy, Settings, Subscription, AI credits shows what a pack does for each person every working day, and how long it lasts your team. Every figure is kept on the low side.
Shared out by you
A purchase is split equally across your team, with a shared pot for whoever runs out. Move credits between people with a slider, and see what was used, by person, by feature and by day.
Your own key still works
A business with its own OpenAI, Gemini or other AI key can keep using it. When credits run out, AI moves to your own key by itself.
Does this change anything you already have?
Hanu appears in every business, under Home as Setup guide and at the top of Charcha, and the storage gifts count what your business has already done. Typing a question to Hanu, and the platform’s AI in other features, now needs AI credits; the quick buttons, alerts, the evening report and the setup guide stay free. A business using its own AI key notices no change. Nothing is charged until you buy credits.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
