Assignment rules now cover thirty-nine modules, and know what to do when everybody is full
Twenty-three modules could be routed by a rule and thirty could not, and the difference was never a decision anybody made. It was whichever tables happened to record an owner. That is fixed, and thresholds now say what happens to the records they turn away.

The line was in the wrong place
You could write an assignment rule for a quotation and not for a warranty claim. There was no reason for that anybody could give you. It was simply which tables happened to carry an owner, and nobody had ever decided it.
Thirty-nine modules now take rules. The new ones are project tasks, warranties, items, stock transfers and adjustments, assemblies, packages, bills of materials, quality inspections, expenses, payments in and out, manual journals, fixed assets, files, circles and project groups.
Project tasks, and why they were the hard one
A task is given to somebody rather than owned by them, so a project task keeps its owner in the Assigned to field. It is the only record in the product like that, and every shared piece of code assumed otherwise, so the rules had nowhere to write the answer.
Rules for project tasks now set Assigned to, and everything else about them works exactly as it does everywhere else.
Thresholds got the two things they were missing
A cap with exceptions
A renewal belongs with whoever owns that account however much else they carry. A cap can now carry the records it does not apply to, built with the same condition builder as everywhere else.
Somewhere for the overflow to go next
Records no rule could place collect with the default owner. A new Overflow tab moves them on once somebody has room: by hand, or on a schedule.
Back to the person it was meant for
Not just “run the rules again”, which after a week of rota movement lands a record somewhere else entirely. Who it was meant for is written down when the cap turns it away.
Run it now, or on a clock
There is a Run it now button and it works whatever the schedule says. The first thing anybody wants after setting this up is to see it act on what is already waiting. It reports what it did: how many it looked at, how many moved, and how many still had nowhere to go.
On a schedule it can come round every minute, every two, every five, twice a day or once a day, and the two day-scale ones can be pinned to a time, and a daily one to a day of the week. A run that arrives late still runs, so a restart over the moment it was due does not skip it.
It touches the overflow and nothing else, deliberately. A sweep that re-ran the rules across a whole module would fight every reassignment anybody made by hand, on every tick, and no screen would explain why the owner kept changing.
The screen was rebuilt around this
Which module a rule governs is now asked inside the rule, where it belongs, and the conditions appear once it is answered because they are built from that module’s own fields. Rule entries live in the same form with one Save, so a rule and the thing that makes it work arrive together. The old flow left a rule that looked finished and did nothing.
Both tabs are lists again, with a table on a desktop and cards on a phone, and thresholds set caps for a whole team in one pass instead of one person at a time.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing was reassigned, no existing rule changed behaviour, and no record gained an owner it did not have. The new modules have no rules until somebody writes one.
Some modules are deliberately still out, and it is worth saying which: warehouses, work centres, operations, job cards, employees, item categories, price lists, ledger accounts, the billing catalogue and the quality templates. Those are places, steps and rows you define once, not work a person answers for.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
