A time on due dates and follow-ups, and reminders at that time
Due dates and follow-ups can now carry an hour, for everybody: tasks, lead follow-ups, project tasks and projects. With one they turn overdue once the hour has passed on the workspace's clock, a reminder goes out at that minute, and spreadsheets carry the hour in a column of its own.

What changed
Some teams promise a day, and some promise an hour. The due date had no room for an hour, so businesses made fields of their own called Due Date with Time, and nothing in the product read them: not the red rows, not the overdue count, not the reminders.
Now the due date itself takes an hour, and so does a lead’s next follow-up.
How it works
Optional
A Time box sits beside the date wherever the date is set: the task and lead forms, the New task box on a lead, customer or deal, and the follow-up card on a lead. Leave it empty and nothing changes.
Late from the hour
With an hour, a task or follow-up turns red once that hour has passed today, and says so: Overdue since 16:00, or Due today at 16:00 before it.
Everywhere the date is
Task and lead lists, the board, the marks on lead, customer and deal rows, Next actions, both dashboards, reminders, the CSV export and what the AI reads all show the hour.
Cards from a stall
The follow-up task raised for each scanned card was always due at an hour, 48 hours after the stall by default. That hour now shows, and those tasks turn overdue at it.
Added the same day
Projects too
A project task’s due date and a project’s end date take an hour as well: in the task panel, the project form, and every project list, board, timeline and calendar. The Edit button on a project now opens its form.
Your workspace's clock
Which day it is, and what the hour is, come from the time zone in Settings, Organisation, never the phone or the server, so everybody in the business sees the same overdue at the same moment.
Reminders at the minute
A task’s Reminder now works: at the time, or 15 minutes, an hour, a day or a week before. A task or project task with a time and no Reminder, a follow-up with a time and a project with an end time are reminded at that time, in the app and by email, once.
In spreadsheets
Due time and Follow-up time are columns of their own in exports, imports and the Google Sheets add-on, for every business. An import reads 14:30, 2:30 pm or a date with the hour in it.
Fixed alongside
The sales dashboard and the business overview counted a task due today as overdue from half past five in the morning, while the task list rightly said it was due today. Both now judge late the same way: by the end of the day, or by the hour when there is one.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Dates without an hour stay as they are. Follow-up tasks from scanned cards, which already held an hour inside their date, now show it. A field of your own that held a due time is left alone; once the due date carries the hour, you can hide it in Fields & rules, or ask us to move its values across.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
