Every inventory screen now exports, with every id
Eleven inventory screens had no Export at all. Now every one has, and each file gives the item, warehouse, bin, batch, vendor, category and person behind every row as an id and a name.

What was wrong
Adjustments, transfers, goods receipts, picking and shipping, stock movements, warehouses, categories, box types, bills of materials, packages and the list of price lists had no Export button. The only way to get them into a spreadsheet was to copy them by hand.
Where an export did exist, some links were missing. The items export had no id for the category an item is filed under in Inventory → Categories, nor for its subcategory, the product a variant belongs to, or what a composite item is made of. And the Composite items export handed back every item in the catalogue, not only the composites the screen was showing.
What every inventory export gives now
Its own id, first
Adjustment id, Transfer id, Receipt id, Warehouse id, Category id: the record’s id in the first column.
Id and name for each link
Item, warehouse, bin, batch, vendor, customer, order, branch and person, each as an id to import against and a name to read.
One row per line
Anything with lines (an adjustment, a transfer, a receipt, a shipment, a package, an assembly, a bill of materials) gives one row per item, with the record’s details repeated on each. That is where the item, bin and batch ids live.
Only for people allowed to
The button shows only to people whose role may export on that screen, and the server checks the same thing.
Screen by screen
Items and Composite items: Catalogue category id and name, Catalogue subcategory id and name, Variant of id and name, and Component item ids with the components and quantities, beside the tax rate, preferred vendor and usual warehouse ids that were already there. Composite items now exports only composite items.
Bills of materials: the item it makes, then one row per component (item id, quantity, the step it is used at) and one row per step (operation id, work centre type id, minutes).
Assemblies: the batch it made and who assembled it, then one row per component used, with the warehouse, bin and batch it came from.
Packages: the sales order, customer, warehouse and shipment, then one row per item in the box, with the order line, bin and batch.
Categories: each category and subcategory with its id, its parent’s id and name, and how many items are filed under it.
Price lists: a new export of the lists themselves, with branch id. Exporting one list’s prices now also gives the price list id and name, in two new columns at the end.
Warehouses: branch and manager ids. A second button, Export bins, gives every bin with its warehouse and zone ids.
Stock and movements: the Movements tab now exports every movement with item, warehouse, bin and batch ids and the id of the transfer, receipt or document behind it. The Balances export is as before.
Adjustments, Transfers, Goods receipts, Picking and shipping, Box types: exported for the first time, item line by item line.
Serial numbers: the serials export for an item adds the serial’s own id, the item, warehouse and batch ids, and the document it was sold on, at the end.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No data changes. Exporting only reads. Columns added to an export you already used (price list prices, serials) are at the end, so a sheet that reads the first columns by position still lines up.
Who can export. Administrators and managers can export from every inventory screen straight away. A custom role gets it when Export is ticked for that screen in Settings → Roles & permissions (switch on Show every action to see the Export column). Categories have an Export tick of their own now.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
