What an event returned is now counted from the invoice
The return figure on an event looked for invoices attached to a deal. Most businesses raise invoices straight to the customer, so it found nothing and showed nothing. Each invoice now remembers which event its customer came from, and the report counts from that.

Why it showed nothing
The report worked out an event’s return by going from each invoice to its deal, and from the deal to the event. If you raise quotations and invoices straight to the customer, as most businesses here do, there is no deal in between, and the figure stayed empty however much you sold.
There was a second gap underneath it. When a lead from an event became a customer, the customer did not keep the event. So even a direct route from the customer found nothing.
How it works now
A customer keeps the event they came from when their lead is converted.
Each invoice records that event when it is raised, as long as it falls inside the event’s window: twelve months after the last day, unless you set another. It is decided once and kept, so last month’s figure does not change because somebody edited an old record.
The folder report reads more honestly too
Counts that add up
“4 cards · 2 filed · 1 still to file” left one out. Cards thrown away are now named, so the parts always make the total.
No bare ₹0.00
When nothing has been invoiced yet it says so, and what will fill the figure in, instead of a nought that looks like the stall earned nothing.
Over budget, marked
Spending more than the budget now shows in red with the difference written out.
Staff time counted
Staff days with no cost per day used to add nothing, silently. The cost form now totals the line as you type and says which half is missing.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Return figures can now move. An event that showed nothing will start showing money as invoices are raised to the customers you met there.
Invoices raised before today are not re-counted. Customers converted from an event lead before today have been given that event, so their next invoice counts.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
