Tally link, in early access: send sales, purchases and payments to TallyPrime
Invoices, bills and payments raised in JAI CRM can now reach your books in TallyPrime without being typed twice. It is in early access: we are switching it on for a few businesses to test first.
14 days free · nothing to install · your data exports whenever you want
What is new
Most businesses that sell from JAI CRM keep their books in Tally, so every invoice, credit note, bill and payment was typed twice. The new Tally link makes two files from what is already here. You import them into TallyPrime: the masters file first, then the transactions.
You choose the dates and what to send, check what will go before anything is made, and download the files. The second time, only what is new or has changed goes, so nothing reaches Tally twice.
What it sends
Sales
Invoices, bills of supply and credit notes, with the customer, the GST split, round-off and the invoice number as the bill reference. Invoices from the till and from subscriptions included.
Purchases
Purchase bills and debit notes, with the vendor’s own bill number, input GST and any TDS deducted. Needs Procurement.
Payments
Money received and paid, set against the invoices and bills it settled, with advances and amounts on account kept apart.
Customers, vendors and stock
The ledgers and stock items the vouchers need, with GSTIN, state, HSN code and GST unit code. Stock items need Inventory.
Nothing half right
Every voucher must add up to the paisa. One that does not is left out and listed with the reason, never sent.
An information icon on everything
Every setting and section on the Tally screen says what it does, and links to its page in the documentation.
Early access
The Tally link is being tested with a small number of businesses before it is offered to everyone, because the only real proof is an import into a real TallyPrime company. If you would like to try it, ask your JAI CRM contact and we will switch it on for your business. Since 7 Oct 2026 Tally is an integration, free on every plan, in Settings, Integrations.
The Tally documentation covers set-up, importing, how each document arrives in Tally, what is not sent yet, and a testing checklist. Please test in a copy of your Tally company, not the one you file GST returns from.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nothing is sent to Tally unless you make the files and import them yourself, and the link is off until it is switched on for your business.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
