Saving a person with a role works again, and a new person can have their own permissions
Opening a person in Settings > Users showed their roles unticked, and saving them failed with "One of those roles no longer exists". Both are fixed, and the Permissions tab now works while inviting.

What was wrong
When you opened somebody who already had a role, their role boxes showed empty, and pressing Save failed with “One of those roles no longer exists”, even for a change to their phone number. The roles themselves were fine: the screen was reading the wrong number for each role. Opening a person now shows their roles ticked, and saving works.
Also in this update
Permissions while inviting
The Permissions tab is on the invitation too. The ticks from the roles you chose show at once, and anything you add for that one person is saved with the invitation.
Ticks follow the roles
The Permissions tab now shows what the roles ticked on screen give, as you change them, before you save.
Honest labels
A module that only allows viewing now says View only, not Full access.
Branch and warehouse restriction
Ticking branches or warehouses for a person takes effect only in the modules their role restricts. The screen now says where it takes effect, or warns when none of their roles restricts anything.
A limit on exceptions
Nobody can give somebody else, as a personal exception, more than they hold themselves, the same rule that already applied to roles.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Nobody’s roles or permissions were changed by the fault; it only stopped them being saved. Everything people could open before, they can open now.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
