Two of three arrived and there was nothing to click
A warehouse taking delivery of two boxes out of three had no way to say so. The transfer sat in transit, which after a few months looks exactly like a lorry still on the road.

One button, two situations
Receiving a transfer between your own warehouses offered Receive in full and nothing else. That is the right button about half the time. The other half (a box damaged on the way, a pallet short-shipped, one carton still on the next van) had no button at all.
So the transfer stayed in transit. And a transfer that has been in transit since March is indistinguishable from one that is genuinely still moving, which is how a stock register quietly stops being worth reading.
What you can say now
Some of it arrived
Take in what is actually there. The rest stays outstanding, and the transfer stays open until it is settled one way or the other. A second delivery a week later takes in the rest.
Which ones arrived
For anything tracked by serial number it asks which units, not how many: you tick the ones in front of you. Two of three arriving says nothing about which two, and a register that guesses is worse than one that asks.
They are never coming
Close the transfer short, with a reason. What never arrived is recorded as lost in transit rather than left travelling for ever.
The part that was quietly wrong
Underneath, the software had been deciding which serial-numbered units had arrived by taking the first few on the dispatch list. Receive one of three and it recorded whichever happened to be listed first, not the box actually in your hand.
That put a machine on a shelf under a serial number that was still in a van, and it did so with complete confidence. A partial receipt now has to name the units. Receiving everything still needs no naming, because there is nothing to get wrong.
Closing short moves no stock, on purpose
The units left the sending warehouse the moment the transfer was dispatched, so the quantity has already gone from the books. What was missing was anybody saying where it went, and that is what closing short records.
They are not put back on the sending warehouse’s shelf either, because they are not on it. Inventing stock to tidy a status is how a count comes out wrong three months later.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Transfers already received are unchanged. One sitting in transit now has two ways out that it did not have before.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
