Hanu Sena: teams of agents, and playbooks that run a job a step at a time

Hanu Sena has teams and playbooks. A team is its agents and a work room, a Charcha group where each step is reported. A playbook is a saved order of steps, each done by Hanu, an agent or a person. Run one with a line about the job and it works through it in your Hanu chat, a step at a time, with the usual yes before any change.

Choose the agents in it and its work room in Charcha. Each step of its playbooks is reported there.

Up to 8 steps in order: research, then write, then check, then the drafts. Each step names who does it.

Agents with their own rights

An agent’s step works with that agent’s rights, files and approvals, and only when the person running the playbook may use that agent.

People in the job

A person’s step waits in their Hanu chat with Mark it done and a line for what they did. The job goes on from there.

Does anything change without a yes?

No. A step that would change something waits for your yes, or a manager’s where the agent’s form says so, the same as anywhere in Hanu.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
