Events: every rupee exact, credited to whoever met them, and the people who came back
Event reports now show every amount to the paisa, with and without GST. Each person's cards, deals and money add up to the event, with the actual records a click away. The people you already had who came back are named at the top. And a scanned card now goes to whoever met them, tagged with the event.

What was wrong
The event reports shortened money: ₹25k and ₹3k where the invoice said ₹25,000 and ₹2,950.40, with no way to tell how much was GST. The per-person figures could not be trusted either: an invoice could be counted twice for one person, and a customer’s invoices with no deal behind them were credited to nobody, so the people never added up to the event. None of the numbers could be opened to see the records behind them.
Filing a card had its own gaps. The business’s default owner took nearly every lead from a stall, so the person who met the visitor rarely had them. Nothing tagged the record with the event, a customer’s source could not be seen, and a supplier filed from a card forgot which event it came from.
In the event reports
Every rupee, exactly
Amounts to the paisa everywhere in the event report, the Events dashboard and the catalogue reports, never shortened to lakhs or thousands.
With and without GST
Invoiced and received each split into GST and without GST, and the split adds back to the total exactly.
Who did the work
Each person’s cards, records, deals, wins, invoiced and received, with every deal and invoice in exactly one row so the rows add up to the event.
Press a figure
Opens the actual leads, customers, deals and invoices behind it, on the event report and across every event on the dashboard.
People who came back
Everybody met at the stall who was already on file, named at the top of the report, with the earlier events where you met them and how long since anyone called.
When a card becomes a record
The person who met them owns it
The scanner named on the scan screen keeps the lead or customer, unless an assignment rule matches it. The default owner no longer takes cards.
Tagged with the event
The event or folder name becomes a tag, and renaming the event renames the tag on the records met there.
Source and Event on the record
Exhibition as the source, kept when a lead converts; a Source field on customers; and an Event field on leads, customers and suppliers.
Somebody you already had
A card matched to an existing record, or Met at the stall, now tags them with the event and credits it when they have no event yet.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Figures read differently but the money has not changed. ₹12.4L is now ₹12,40,200. Each person’s figures on Who did the work may move: money is now credited once, through the card that met the customer, and anything with no card behind it is shown on its own row, Not from a card.
Records filed before today keep their owner and do not carry the event tag; their Event field already shows where they came from. Existing customers met at a stall from today onwards, with no event of their own yet, are credited to that event, so their new business inside its window counts towards it.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
