Advanced search finds the record you choose, and a scheduled email goes once
Choosing a customer, lead, vendor or company under Filed on in the mail panel’s advanced search now keeps the name and finds every email filed on it, sent or received. A scheduled email can no longer be sent twice, and it is tracked like any other.

What was wrong
In the mail panel’s advanced search, clicking a name under Filed on closed the search instead of choosing the name. Where the name did stick, as on a phone, the search looked only in the folder that happened to be open, usually the Inbox, so a customer you had emailed many times seemed to have no email at all. Pressing Enter in the name box searched without the name.
Separately, a scheduled email could be sent twice: if the database stumbled just after the mail server had taken it, the next round sent it again. Scheduled email also went without the open and click tracking that an email sent at once gets.
What is new
Choose a record
Click or tap a name under Filed on and it stays, as a chip. Search then finds only email filed on that lead, customer, vendor or company.
All email to start with
Advanced search now starts on All email, sent and received, so the email you sent a customer is found too. Pick a folder under Search to narrow it.
Enter chooses
Enter in the name box chooses the highlighted name, and the arrow keys move between names. A name typed but never chosen says so, rather than being quietly left out.
A scheduled email goes once
Each one is taken, sent and then recorded in separate steps, so a hiccup afterwards cannot send it again. One that stopped part-way is marked in Failed for you to check, never sent a second time.
Tracked like the rest
Opens and clicks are now counted on scheduled email, as on email sent at once.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No email or record changes. If a scheduled email is ever interrupted while it is being sent, it now shows in Failed with the words “It may or may not have gone”. Check the Sent folder of your own mail program before sending it again.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
