What was missing

IndiaMART enquiries have come in as leads for a while. Just Dial leads did not: they arrived by SMS and email, and somebody typed them in, which is slow and is where a phone number with a digit missing comes from.

No duplicates

A caller you already have gets a note on their lead or customer. The same lead sent twice is recognised and made once.

How to switch it on

Open Settings → Integrations → Just Dial. Switch Receive leads from Just Dial on, copy your link, and send it to your Just Dial relationship manager to set as the lead push URL for your listing. Their team switches it on at their end, usually within a few working days. Since 7 Oct 2026 Just Dial is an integration, free on every plan, in Settings, Integrations.

Switching it on also adds Just Dial to your Lead source list, so the Lead sources report shows what your listing is worth beside every other channel.

A lead from a caller registered on the Do Not Call list says so in its notes, so whoever calls back knows before any promotional call or SMS.

Does this affect anything you already have?

No. Nothing changes until you switch it on. The link is private to your business; if it is ever shared where it should not be, Make a new link retires the old one at once.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
