Each recurring invoice opens on its own page, and resuming one never raises a date twice
Pressing a recurring invoice in the list opened a page saying the document no longer exists. Each arrangement now has its own page. And resuming one restarted it from today, so an arrangement already raised ahead raised a date twice; it now carries on from the last invoice it raised.

What was wrong
Pressing an arrangement’s name in Sales documents › Recurring invoices showed “Not found, that document no longer exists”. There was no page for an arrangement, so the link fell through to the screen for a single invoice.
Resuming a paused arrangement restarted its schedule from today. One that Raise now had already taken two months ahead then raised a date it had already raised, the same night.
An arrangement's page
Schedule
How often and on which day, the next invoice, how many it has raised, until when, when payment falls due, and whether each one is sent or waits as a draft.
What it raises
The lines and charges it copies onto every invoice, with quantity, rate and GST.
Every invoice it raised
Newest first, each with the date it was for, its number, what has become of it since and its amount. A run that could not raise one says why.
Act on it
Raise next now, Pause or Resume, Edit and Delete, from the top of the page. On a phone the history is a card per invoice.
Dates it keeps
Never twice
The next date is always the first of the arrangement’s own dates after the last invoice it raised, whatever happens in between.
Resume skips the pause
A date that passed while it was paused is skipped, not raised late.
On its own day
A monthly arrangement started on the 20th stays on the 20th, even after an invoice raised on another day.
Read at a glance
The list says Every month, on the 20th, and the Raised and Next columns no longer run together.
Does this affect anything you already have?
Only one arrangement had been resumed this way. The extra draft it raised was cancelled, keeping its number on record, and its next date was put back on its schedule. A new arrangement is named after how often it runs, such as “every week”, until you type a name of your own.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
