Add contacts and customers from a company, and type a new company as you go
Contacts can now be added from a customer or a company, and open when pressed instead of showing a page that does not exist. A company page adds customers with the company already set, and the Company box on a customer takes a new name.

What was wrong
Contacts could be kept, but no screen could add one. Pressing a contact on a company’s Contacts tab opened a customer page for something that is not a customer, so it said the record did not exist. A company had no way to add a customer under it, its quick view called its customers Contacts, and the Company box on a customer would only choose an existing company, never take a new name.
What is new
Add contact
On a customer’s or a company’s Contacts tab. From a company, Works at says which customer the person belongs to, or the company itself.
Contacts open in place
Press one to change it, make it primary or delete it, without leaving the page you are on.
New customer on a company
On the company’s Customers tab, with the company already filled in.
Type a new company
In a customer’s Company box, type a name that is not there yet and choose Create, and it is made on the spot.
Your typing stays put
A form being edited no longer resets itself when something else is saved in the background.
Who looks after whom
A company’s Customers tab shows each customer’s account owner, and pressing a customer opens it. Two people at one company can be two customers with two different salespeople.
Payments open, and search works
Pressing a payment on a customer opens Payments received at that payment. The search there now finds a payment by its number or reference; it found nothing before.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No records change. Contacts you already have now open when pressed. Adding contacts and customers needs permission to create customers; creating a company from the box needs permission to create companies.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
