Notifications open what they are about, plus five fixes in Procurement and Books
Clicking a notification about a lead, a task, an invoice, a bill or an expense now opens it; it used to open the home page. Expenses can be approved from their list. Purchase documents no longer offer actions that always failed, the bills list counts only what is owed, bills raised from an order fall due, and a vendor is checked every time money is committed to them.

What changed
Notifications open the record
Clicking a notification about a lead, a task, an invoice, a bill or an expense took you to the home page, in the bell and on the phone. It now opens the record. Alerts about expenses, payments and bank accounts pointed at pages that did not exist; they now open the expense, the payment in Payments received, and Bank accounts.
Approve an expense
Approve sits beside Pay on an expense that is still owed, for anyone allowed to approve, on a computer and on a phone. Whoever recorded it is told it was approved, and the list shows which ones are.
Purchase menus offer only what works
Revise, Share a link and Apply an advance were offered on purchase orders, bills and debit notes and failed every time. They are gone from those menus; a purchase document goes out by Send.
Outstanding counts what is owed
The figure above the purchase bills list added in drafts still being typed in. It now counts only bills that stand, with the same filters as the list.
Bills from an order fall due
A bill raised from a purchase order or a goods receipt had no due date, so it never turned Overdue. It now takes the vendor’s credit days, as a bill entered by hand does.
The vendor is checked every time
Changing a document to a vendor nobody has approved, opening an order or bill for a vendor blocked since it was drafted, or billing an order for one, is refused with the reason. A debit note may still go to anyone.
Does this change anything you already have?
Notifications and emails already sent work too: their links now open the right record, including the old expense, payment and bank addresses. Bills already raised from an order keep the due date they have; set one by editing the bill. Expenses recorded before today show Not yet under Approval until somebody approves them.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
