Every list in the Leads layout: one header row, plain icons, tooltips and compact phone cards
The layout the Leads list got this morning now runs every module: one header row, plain icons that explain themselves when you point at them, a round plus for New, and compact cards on a phone.

What changed
Earlier today the Leads list moved its title, view switch, search and tools into one row, and on a phone showed each lead as one short card. Every other list and screen now works the same way, so the top of a page holds less and the first record sits higher.
What you will see
One header row on every list
Customers, companies, deals, tasks and visits; quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, challans and the rest of the sales documents; purchase orders, bills and debit notes; expenses, employees, items, assemblies, projects, subscriptions, plans, vendors, warranties and your own modules.
A count line that means something
Under each title: how many there are and what they add up to, such as “6 invoices, ₹17L value”. It stays the same when you switch between List, Kanban and Pivot.
Plain icons
Filter, Export, Import, Columns and Sort are simple icons with no boxes. A tool that is doing something, such as a filter that is on, is shown in blue.
A round plus for New
New is one round blue button on every list. Where a record is made on a page of its own, such as an invoice or a vendor, the plus opens that page.
A shorter selection row
Tick records and the row above the list is one short line: how many you chose, then Tag, Delete and, on documents, Download as PDFs, as plain icons that name themselves when you point at them. Delete now asks before it removes anything, and says whether the records can be restored.
A tooltip on every button
Point at any icon to see its name and what it does, for example “Export: download these invoices as a CSV file, with the filters and columns you see”.
Tighter screen titles
Every other screen, from journals to manufacturing orders to settings, has a shorter title band. Its explanation sits in the information icon; facts such as your GSTIN or an unread count stay on show.
Compact cards on a phone
Every list on a phone shows one short card per record: the name, one line under it, the status and the amount, and a call button where there is a phone number.
More room on every page
Half the grey margin around every page, a shorter row of column headings and square table corners, across the whole suite.
Does this affect anything you already have?
No. Your records, saved views, filters and columns are unchanged, and nobody gains or loses a button: the plus appears only to people who may create that record. The shortcuts that were buttons beside a list, such as Revenue and Renewals on subscriptions, Running out on warranties and Assemblies on composite items, are now icons in the header, and named items in the three-dot menu on a phone.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
