Charcha reminders: snooze from the note, a mark on the message, and picking a time without a second window
When a reminder rings you can snooze it for 5 to 40 minutes or pick an exact time without leaving the note. The Reminders list moves one by 10 minutes to an hour, or to a time you pick, in the same window. Each reminder says which chat it is in, and its message carries a small alarm clock beside the time.

What changed
Snooze from the note
The note that rings offers 5, 10, 20, 30 or 40 minutes, Pick a time and Done, with buttons sized for a thumb on a phone. Before, it had only Done and In 20 minutes.
One window at a time
In the Reminders list, the clock on a reminder opens 10, 15, 30 or 45 minutes, 1 hour and Pick a time under it. An exact time is set right there instead of in a second window on top.
Which chat it belongs to
Each reminder and each note says where it is: Chat with Arjun Nair, or In #sales.
A mark on the message
An alarm clock sits beside the time of a message you set a reminder on, like a pin, and turns red when it is due. Only you see it.
Ticks you can see
In Share a record, a ticked box is filled with your appearance colour, in light and dark, so the tick shows on the chosen row. It had no fill before.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Reminders you set before keep their times. A day report now says 1 call rather than 1 calls.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
