A line that said nought per cent while charging eighteen
The box said GST 0% and thirty rupees of tax went on a hundred. The screen and the arithmetic disagreed, and only the arithmetic reached the customer.

The one that mattered
The tax dropdown on a document line lists the rates a business has set up, keyed by which row of the list they are. A line held a percentage and, until somebody touched the dropdown, nothing tying it to a row, because a new line was born carrying a hard-coded eighteen per cent and no reference at all.
Nothing matched, so the browser did what a browser does with a value it cannot find: it displayed the first option. The box read GST 0% over a line adding eighteen rupees to a hundred. The screen and the arithmetic disagreed and only the arithmetic reached the customer.
What changed
A new line takes your default rate
The one marked default in Settings → Taxes, with its reference and its percentage together, so the two agree from the first keystroke rather than from the first correction.
An unlisted rate says its percentage
Where a line carries a rate that is not in the list, the dropdown shows the number rather than borrowing a name that is not what is being charged.
"GST 12% 12%" says it once
Businesses name their rates for what they are, so putting the percentage after the name repeated it, on the line and again in the totals. It is added only when the name does not already say it, because a levy called “Cess” still has to show what it comes to.
Rows can be dragged into order
The grip on the left of every line was an icon and nothing else: taking hold of it selected the text of the row, which is what a browser does when nothing has claimed the drag. A quotation reads as an argument, and the order of it is part of what is being said.
And a name for something that does not exist
The module switches said “Needs finance” for a module that depends on Books. It was printing the module’s internal key, a name for something the sidebar does not have. It reads the module’s own name now.
Does this affect anything existing?
Documents already saved are unchanged: the tax on them was always the tax being charged, whatever the box displayed. Worth opening any raised recently and checking the rate on each line is the one you meant. Where it is not, the figure you were shown was the wrong one, not the total.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
