Correcting a payment now corrects the invoice it pays
A payment typed as ₹10,000 and corrected to ₹1,00,000 changed the payment and nothing else: the invoice went on owing, Unapplied showed nothing, and the trial balance kept ₹10,000 against the invoice with the rest booked as an advance. Correcting a payment now corrects what it pays. A payment that pays one invoice pays it by the new figure, up to what it owes, and anything more is kept on the customer as an advance, ready for their next invoice.

What changed
The invoice follows
Correct a payment from its invoice and the invoice is paid by the new figure. Its balance and status, Payments received and the ledger all move together.
More than it owes is an advance
A ₹16 payment on a ₹12 invoice pays the ₹12 and keeps ₹4 on the customer. The invoice says so under the payment, and Unapplied shows it.
TDS reaches the invoice
A corrected TDS on a payment that pays one invoice settles that invoice too, and the TDS register follows.
Only what you change is saved
Correcting a reference or a date no longer touches the amount or the TDS, so a payment that pays several invoices keeps its TDS.
Does this change anything you already have?
Payments that were never corrected are not touched. We checked every business for a payment corrected before this fix and put each one right, so its invoice, Unapplied figure and ledger agree.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
