A sidebar you can actually arrange
Dragging Customers above Leads did nothing. Every time, for everyone, since the screen was built: the save was answering an error nobody read.

What was wrong
Reordering the sidebar has never worked. The screen sent the modules and their submodules in their new order; the endpoint was written to expect a plain list of module names and rejected anything else. Every save answered “please check the highlighted fields”, and every drag was discarded: dragging Procurement above Sales, or Customers above Leads, did nothing at all.
The submodule order was worse than broken: even had the request been accepted, the old endpoint had nowhere to put it. Rearranging the entries inside a group was never saved anywhere.
What changed
The order saves
Modules and the entries inside them, in the order you left them.
A module you made can move
It sat in a card of its own above everything, visible and immovable. It is now one of its section’s entries, so it drags, hides and renames beside the rest.
And it sits where it belongs
Among the record lists rather than after “Setup & custom fields”, which is where being appended to the end had left it.
"Add a module" is now "New section"
Two buttons, near-identical names, different things: one made a heading holding links, the other made a record type. The heading is called a section now, because that is what it is.
A section of your own can hold your modules
Not only links. Name a section “AI” and put a module and a link under it; the lists of your own data come first.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing moves on its own. Anything you dragged before was never saved, so the sidebar is where it always was. It will now stay where you put it.
Sections you already made keep their name, their links and their place. Nothing is renamed but the button that makes them.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
