The page you land on is a dashboard: Business overview, unless you or your owner chose another. Open the menu under its title to switch to any other.
The ready-made dashboards
- For the business: Business overview and the Owner’s morning brief.
- For each department: Sales, Leads, Field visits, Calls tasks and activity, Customers and accounts, Channel partners, Exhibitions, Quotations and proposals, Orders and delivery, Billing and collections, Store, Subscriptions, Service and warranty, Purchase, Vendors, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Money, Expenses, Payroll and people, Projects and Team.
- For each kind of person: My day, Telecaller, Field salesperson, Sales manager, Branch manager, Accounts executive, Cashier, Storekeeper, Purchase executive, Production supervisor, Project team member and HR. These show only your own records, your team’s or your branch’s.
A dashboard for a module appears when your business has that module. Every figure on every dashboard counts only what you are allowed to see.
Period, comparison and whose figures
- Choose Week, Month, Quarter or Financial year, or the calendar for today, the last 30 or 90 days, last financial year or this calendar year. Quarters and the year follow the financial year, April to March.
- Choose what to compare with: the same period last year, the period before, or nothing.
- Choose a person or a branch to see only theirs.
The records behind a number
Tap any tile, bar, row or name. The records behind it slide in: the invoices of a month, everything owed in an ageing band, the deals in a stage, a customer’s invoices. Tap one to open it, or open them all in their list.
Your home dashboard
In the menu under the title, tap the star beside a dashboard to land on it. The owner and admins can make a dashboard the home for a role from Share; your own star wins over your role’s.
Making and changing a dashboard
- Press Edit.
- Drag a widget by its handle to move it, and pull its corner to resize it.
- Tap a widget to change its name, what it shows, its look and its size, with a live preview. Add a widget offers a number, a chart over time, a split by any field, a list of records, a note, or any ready-made widget.
- Press Done.
| When you change | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your own dashboard | It is saved as it is. |
| A shared or ready-made one, as the owner or an admin | It changes for everybody it is shared with. |
| A shared or ready-made one, as anyone else | You get your own copy. |
Making and changing dashboards follows the Dashboards permission in Roles. To start one, open the menu and choose Start an empty dashboard.
Asking Hanu
Once Hanu’s dashboards are included with your workspace, choose Ask Hanu for a dashboard and say what you want, in English or Hinglish: for example, a daily dashboard for your telecallers with calls made, missed follow-ups and leads by source. Hanu builds it from the suite’s own widgets, says plainly what the suite does not record, and you can change it by asking again before saving. Hanu sees your request and the names of fields, never your records; every number is counted by the suite. Making a dashboard uses AI credits; opening one does not.
Who sees it
From Share, choose Only me, chosen roles, circles and people, or, for the owner and admins, Everyone. Sharing never widens what anyone can see: the same dashboard shows each person only the records they are allowed. The owner and admins can also see a dashboard as a chosen person sees it, before sharing it.
