Deals closed in the Won/Lost window, payments that clear and a customer’s answer on a quotation now reach Hanu and your notifications
The Won/Lost window, the way the board and the deal page close a deal, told nobody: Hanu never said "Jai ho!" for most wins, and the Deal won message never fired for them. Money paid online, a subscription payment and a cheque that cleared reached no one either, and neither did a customer accepting or declining a quotation on the portal or the share link. Each of these now reaches Hanu and your notification templates, once.

What changed
Won and lost in the window
Closing a deal in the Won/Lost window, from the board or the deal itself, now gets Hanu’s line: “Jai ho!” for a win, and the reason for a loss, to the deal’s owner and the two levels above them. The Deal won and Deal lost messages fire too. A deal won when a lead is converted from its quotation counts as a win. Changing many deals at once still tells nobody, so closing fifty does not make fifty pop-ups.
One line for each payment
Money paid online, a subscription payment and a cheque that clears now reach Hanu and the Payment received message, as a recorded payment always did. When a payment settles an invoice, Hanu says so in the same line instead of popping up a second time.
A cheque when it clears
A cheque written down but not yet cleared is no longer announced as money received. Hanu and the Payment received message speak when it clears, and say nothing if it bounces.
The customer's answer
A quotation accepted or declined by the customer on the portal or the share link now reaches Hanu (“Time for the order”, or “Ask them what would change their mind?”) and the Quotation accepted and Quotation declined messages. The note in the owner’s bell stays as it was.
Invoice settled
The Invoice settled thank-you now goes when an invoice is paid in full, by a payment, online, by a cheque that clears or with a credit note. It never went before. A counter sale and an invoice for nothing do not send it.
New customers from a lead or a stall
A customer made by converting a lead, or from a card scanned at an exhibition, now starts the Welcome a new customer email, as a customer typed in does. Walk-ins at the counter and Shopify buyers are not sent it.
Bills of supply, retainers and proformas
The invoice messages (sent, part paid, paid in full) now fire for bills of supply and retainer invoices, and Quotation sent for proforma invoices, each linking to its own page. Before, they matched no message at all.
Purchase orders
Opening a purchase order, from its page or by emailing it, now fires the Purchase order sent message, which could never fire before. If you email orders from JAI CRM, you do not need that message switched on as well, or the vendor gets both.
Webhooks, once each
Your webhooks hear each of these exactly once, as before. Emailing a draft purchase order no longer sends purchase order sent twice.
Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing that already happened is announced again: only deals closed, payments made and answers given from today. Notification templates send only once you switch them on on the Notification templates screen, and each kind of Hanu alert can be switched off in Settings › Hanu, for the business or for yourself. Nothing needs updating in the Android app.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
