Sections that move, icons to pick, and a module you could not use
A module you defined yourself was the one module you could not add anything to: refused by a check that asks whether the product ships it.

What was wrong
Adding a record to a module you had just made answered “The custom module is switched off for this business. An administrator can turn it on in Settings › Plugins.” There is no such switch, because there is no such plugin.
Every permission check begins by asking whether the module is on the business’s list of enabled modules. That list names what the product ships. A module somebody defined this morning is not on it and never will be, so the check refused everything (reading, creating, editing), and because it runs before the owner’s exemption, it refused the owner too.
What changed
Your modules are yours
They are exempt from a list that describes the product’s own modules. Whether one is on is its own switch, which the records already check and explain properly.
Sections drag anywhere
A section you made could only ever be last, because its position lived in one place and a module’s in another. They now share one sequence, so “AI” can sit between Sales and Procurement.
One list to arrange
Sections are rows in the same sortable list as the modules rather than a card above it, showing what is in them: your modules first, then your links.
An icon library
The sidebar’s own set has twenty-six icons drawn for the modules we ship, and none of them mean “AI”. A section can take one of eighty-eight instead.
Searchable by meaning
Type what the section is for, not what the icon is called: “complaint” finds it, so does “visit”, so does “training”.
Does this affect anything existing?
Nothing to redo. Modules you made keep their records, their fields and their permissions; the refusal was in the check, not in the data.
Sections keep their name, their contents and their place, and will now stay wherever you drag them, which is new. A section with no icon keeps the folder it always had.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
