Hanu sends documents at a set time and runs routines for you

Say "send the Verma Pharma invoice tomorrow at 9:30" and Hanu sets it up after your yes. Just before sending he checks it is still unpaid and not cancelled, that you may still send it and that the customer still has an email, and then tells you it was sent, that there was nothing to do, or that it is waiting for you. Routines do something for you at the times you choose, such as "every Friday at 6, tell me which deals didn't move this week", each answering in a chat of its own. Both are on the new Hanu page.

Send at a set time

Any document with a Send button today: invoices, quotations, proformas, sales orders, credit notes, delivery challans, purchase orders. It goes through the same Send as when you press it, with the PDF.

Checked just before it goes

Still there and not cancelled, an invoice still unpaid, you may still send it, and the customer still has an email. If anything changed, Hanu does not send it and says why.

Sent, nothing to do, or waiting for you

You hear what happened in the chat where you set it, and on the bell. One that is waiting has Try again and Skip, and the way to fix it, such as Add the email.

Routines

Ask “every Friday at 6, tell me which deals didn’t move this week” or “Mon to Sat at 9, my day”. Each routine answers in a chat of its own, sees only what you may see, and uses AI credits like one question each run. Anything it would change waits for your yes.

The Hanu page

Open it from the calendar button in Hanu’s chat: your chats, your routines (switch off, run now, change or delete), everything set for later (change the time or cancel), what Hanu learned, and your Hanu settings.

Does this change anything you already have?

Sending at a set time always asks for your yes: it has no “next time, don’t ask”. A reminder’s card now says when it will ring instead of “Done”. The Android app has this from version 1.3.195.

What about storage?

A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.

Annual or monthly?

Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
