Talk with Hanu live, and hear him answer at once
Press Talk live beside the mic in Hanu's chat or the dock, and talk to him as you would on a call: "what is due today?", "kitna paisa aaya is hafte?". He answers aloud at once, in the language you speak, looking things up with your own rights. Anything that would add or change a record is written in the chat as a card for your yes. What you both said stays in the chat.

A male English voice by default, answering in English, Hindi or Hinglish as you speak. Hanu listens, and moves his lips while he speaks.
Looks things up as you
Your day, numbers, records, mail, dashboards and the help pages, with your rights read fresh, the same as typing to him.
Changes wait for your yes
Ask him to add a lead, set a follow-up or send an invoice later, and he writes it in the chat as a card. Nothing changes by voice alone, and he never deletes anything.
Kept in the chat
What you said and what he answered stay in the chat, with any list or record he looked up.
Priced by the minute
About 6 AI credits a minute on the standard voice and about 15 on the premium voice. A conversation runs for up to ten minutes; start again to go on.
Does this change anything you already have?
Talking live starts switched off. Your platform administrator switches it on in Platform › AI models (OpenAI or Gemini), or a business uses its own key in Settings › AI. Holding the mic and reading replies aloud work as before. The Android app has this from version 1.3.196; the microphone needs the app’s permission.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
