What is new
Make a task
More, then Make a task. The words become the task, linked to the lead or deal in the message, and its card goes into the chat. It can be a task in a project too.
Remind me
In 20 minutes, an hour, three hours, tomorrow at 9:00 or a time you pick. It rings in JAI CRM, notifies a closed browser, and waits in your Reminders list.
Type # to share a record
Leads, customers, deals, tasks, quotations, orders, invoices and projects show as cards with their status and amount, always current. Only what you can open yourself.
Approve from the card
A quotation waiting on you shows Approve and Reject on its card. Everyone looking sees it change, with no refresh.
Save to a record
Keep a message as a note on a lead, customer or deal, so the words stay where the work is.
Does this change anything you already have?
No. Tasks made from a message are ordinary tasks, approvals are the same approvals as on the record, and nobody can see a record through a card that they could not open before: opening it still needs their own access.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
