Tell Hanu a quotation, invoice, order, bill or note with its items, and he drafts it with your own rates and GST
Hanu now drafts eleven kinds of document: quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, invoices, bills of supply, retainer invoices, credit notes and delivery challans, and on the buying side purchase orders, purchase bills and debit notes. Say who it is for and what it has; he matches each item to your own list, takes its rate, HSN and GST as the editor does, asks the rate of anything not on your list, and saves a numbered draft.

What changed
Items from your own list
“Website design and build, two days of product photography” finds those items and takes their own rate, unit, HSN and GST, as picking them in the editor does. An item not on your list is added as said, and Hanu asks its rate.
The lines on the card
The card shows each line with its quantity, rate, GST and amount, and about what it comes to. The app works out the exact tax, charges and rounding when it saves.
Saved as a draft
Every document is saved as a numbered draft, from the right series, for you to open, check and send. Nothing is sent to anyone by Hanu.
Notes kept off the customer's copy
What you say that has no field of its own goes into the document’s Internal notes, never into Notes, which print on the copy the customer receives.
Buying too
Purchase orders, purchase bills and debit notes work the same way with the vendor and their items, at your purchase rates.
A card that stays tidy
A fault that made the Internal notes line repeat on the card with every message is fixed.
Does this change anything you already have?
Hanu drafts only the documents your role may create, and a sent or paid document is changed only where the app itself allows it. Proposals, payments, journals, assemblies and manufacturing come next. The Android app has this from version 1.3.184.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
