Set up with Hanu from your team’s Excel, with a setup gift for new businesses
In Settings › Hanu, under Set your business up with Hanu, press Upload your team's Excel or CSV. Hanu reads the names, emails, job titles and who reports to whom, matches each job title to a role, and says plainly who needs you: someone down as Sales and Accounts (both roles, or one?), or someone with no email yet. Nothing is made or sent until you say yes to the whole plan. New businesses can also get a setup gift of AI credits and minutes of talking with Hanu, so setting up costs them nothing.

What changed
Your team from a sheet
An Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with a column of names and any of email, job title or department, and reports to. The first sheet is read, up to 100 people. Reading it uses no AI credits.
Job titles become roles
An owner or director becomes Administrator, a head or manager becomes Manager, field sales becomes Sales, a press operator becomes Production, and so on. You can change any of them before you see the plan.
What needs you, said plainly
Someone down as two roles gets Both roles or Only one. Someone with no email is added without an invitation until you give one. A job title Hanu cannot place asks you to pick the role.

Choose Both roles and the plan lists them under each role; they get the rights of both.
A setup gift for new businesses
When it is on, a business that joins gets AI credits for typing to Hanu and minutes of talking with him for a set number of days: 100 credits and 30 minutes for 30 days to start. What is left when the days end goes back, and after that bought credits are used, so setup never stops halfway.

Does this change anything you already have?
Nothing changes for a business that has already set up. The setup gift starts switched off, and it only reaches businesses that join after it is switched on. The Android app has this from version 1.3.197.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
