Hanu Sena: usage and limits for every agent
Hanu Sena has a Usage tab: this month, the AI credits Hanu and each agent used, and each person, with every agent's jobs, routine runs, messages to customers and team jobs. Each agent can have its own limits on those, a day and a month, lower than the business's. At a limit nothing is sent: drafts are still made, and you are told.

Limits for each agent
On an agent’s page, set how many routine runs, messages to customers and team jobs it may do a day and a month. An empty box follows the business’s limit.
Nothing sent past a limit
A routine past its limit does not run and says why. A document set to go to a customer waits with you, unsent. A team job does not start.
Who sets the business's limits?
JAI sets them for your workspace. An agent’s own limits can only be lower, and anyone who may change the agent can set them.

What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
