Every exhibition side by side

Reports, Exhibitions: which exhibitions and meets to book again next year, and which to stop.

One exhibition’s report says whether that stall worked. Reports, Exhibitions answers the question underneath: which of these should we do again next year, and which should we stop?

What is on it

  • The totals: exhibitions, spent, received with and without GST, the return across settled exhibitions with and without GST, what is still owed and what is in the pipeline. Every amount is exact, to the paisa.
  • Every exhibition: ranked by return, with spent against received, the verdict, cards, deals and the cost per record, and how many people you already had came back to it. Open one to see its own report.
  • Spent against received: one dot per exhibition, larger for more cards. Above the dashed line paid back; below it has not, yet.
  • How fast each paid back: money received as a share of the cost, month by month. 100% is paid back.
  • By kind and by city: where the surprises are. A dealer meet costing ninety thousand and returning eight times is invisible while exhibitions are only compared with exhibitions.
  • Year by year and every card end to end.
  • Who worked the stalls: each person’s cards, records, deals, wins, invoiced and received across every exhibition in the period. Press a figure to open the records behind it, each saying which exhibition it came from.

Download PDF, at the top right, saves what is on screen as a landscape PDF: the totals, every exhibition with its verdict, the exhibitions by kind, by city and by year, the journey from card to cash, and who worked the stalls. It uses the period and the kind you have chosen, and only the exhibitions you can see.

Choose All, This year, Last year or 12 months (by the day each exhibition started), and narrow to one kind.

The averages leave out exhibitions that are too early, not costed or not held yet. They are listed and marked, never counted as failures.

In the Reports catalogue

The same figures are in Reports under Exhibitions, where they can be exported or sent on a schedule like any other report:

  • Every exhibition: spent and returned
  • Exhibitions by kind and Exhibitions by city
  • Who worked the stalls, with won, invoiced and received without GST
  • Exhibition follow-up

Every exhibition: spent and returned also gives received without GST and how many came back to each exhibition.

They are worked out by the same rules as the exhibition’s own report, so no two screens can disagree.
