A card you can move with your thumb
A card that moves sometimes is a card that does not move. Now it has a handle, and the handle is the one part that does not scroll.

The board would not give up a card
A kanban card on a phone was supposed to be picked up by holding it. That asks a finger to stay perfectly still for a fifth of a second on a surface that scrolls in both directions. Miss by a few pixels and the hold cancels, the browser takes the gesture as a scroll, and the card stays where it was. Sometimes it worked. A card that moves sometimes is a card that does not move.
There was a second fault underneath it. The board was listening for two kinds of pointer with two separate sensors, and one of them answers a finger as well as a mouse, so both were reaching for the same touch, and the one that answered first was the one that was not supposed to.
Cards now carry a grip. The card itself stays what it was (something to scroll past and tap open), and the grip is the one part of it that does not scroll, which is what makes it a grip. On a computer nothing changes: the card is dragged by the card, and no handle is drawn.
Two things that were asking twice
The board had a button beside the Group by dropdown that saved your choice as the default. It asked you to say twice what you had already said once. Nobody picks a grouping they do not want to see next time. The choice is remembered as it is made now, on every size of screen, and the button is gone.
A record’s header had five buttons in one wrapping row, which put the last of them alone on a line with three-quarters of it empty, and squeezed the record’s name to make room for words its icons were already saying. What is done TO a record (edit it, write to them) is now its icon: a pencil says Edit as well as the word does. What CREATES something keeps the name of the thing, because two plus signs side by side say nothing about which is a task and which is a visit. One row instead of two, and the name has the width it needs.
And a form whose Save button was off the screen
Dialogs come up from the bottom edge on a phone. One of the two ways they are built had no ceiling on its height, so a long form (planning a visit, for one) ran past the bottom of the screen and took Cancel and Save with it. A sheet you have to scroll to the end of to find the button that finishes it.
It stops at the screen now, its middle scrolls, and the buttons stay under your thumb. That is every dialog built that way, not only the visit.
Does this affect anything existing?
No. Nothing is stored differently and nothing needs redoing. The one change you will notice on a computer is that the Group by choice saves itself, and the button that used to do that has gone.

5 GB storage per workspace (organisation)
Only want this one module?
Individual modules are sold on their own alongside the plans. See every module’s price.
What about storage?
A single module includes 1 GB of storage per workspace (organisation) and Full Suite includes 5 GB per workspace (organisation): documents, attachments, file versions and photographs, counted together for everyone in it, not per user. Add more at any time in tiers, or move to Full Suite and take the larger allowance with it. Nothing is deleted if you run close; uploads are refused with a reason, and what you already have stays exactly where it is.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual works out cheaper per month and is charged once at the start; monthly costs a little more and can be stopped at the end of any cycle. The card shows the per-user-per-month figure on both, so the two are comparable at a glance rather than by arithmetic.
